I’m Melissa, and I’ve created a private, one-on-one salon and spa experience where every appointment is personalized around you. From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy a private check-in and checkout experience, allowing you to relax, receive your services, and leave without the bustle of a traditional salon environment. Whether you’re here for hair, skincare, body contouring, permanent makeup, or simply a little well-deserved self-care, you’ll receive my undivided attention and services thoughtfully tailored to your individual goals. I’m passionate about continuing my education so I can bring my clients the latest techniques, high-quality products, and exceptional care. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Sweet Melissa’s Salon & Spa is a private, one-on-one salon and spa, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To keep scheduling fair and provide every guest with a private experience, please review the following policies: Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and all no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the service, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee may apply. Private Check-In & Checkout To maintain a quiet, private experience for every guest, please wait in the designated foyer/check-in area when you arrive. I will personally come get you when your private appointment space is ready. Your appointment also includes a private checkout experience, allowing us to complete your visit without the traffic and interruptions of a traditional salon environment. After-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled outside regular business hours are subject to a $35 after-hours fee. If an after-hours appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours, a $70 after-hours missed-appointment fee applies. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
